I ordered 2 Hendrix boxed sets from Tower.com (and 2 DVDs). Free shipping. I accidentally plugged in the wrong zip code. Didn't know Tower was shipping via USPS. Anyways, long story short, after a month (and plenty of emails to Tower), they shipped me another box (via Fed Ex) of the same stuff free of charge.
The first box finally arrived via USPS today. I'm not telling Tower. Am I bad, or what?
